So it would appear that any benefit, real or perceived, that prorogation bolstered on the domestic front is being eclipsed by the damage this procrastination has incurred on the international level. Let us see how Canadians react to being labelled war criminals- this should be a lively one! It would seem that an immediate public inquiry is the only way to prevent this, and Harper has made it pretty clear that such an inquiry is not in his interest, I mean in Canadians' interest.
