Italian economy could use a dose of Canada

Italy has record youth unemployment, Canada has a labour shortage. Italians should look to Canada to rectify their own economic situation.

While recent reports show the Greek government and its debt holders are nearing a debt swap accord, another iron in the Euro fire continues to burn vibrantly.

With a debt load of around 120 per cent of its GDP there is no doubt that the Italians pose the largest threat to the viability of both the Eurozone, and perhaps the global economy as a whole.
